preparation
cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
grill from frozen: Brush with olive oil or BBQ sauce, then grill 4-5 minutes each side over medium heat, brushing frequently.
pan-fry from frozen: add oil to pan, sauté 3 minutes on each side over medium heat, turn and brush frequently with olive oil or bbq sauce until browned.
