preparation
cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
sauté from frozen: 3 minutes on each side until brown, cover and keep on low heat for 4 - 5 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute and serve.
grill from frozen: grill 4 - 5 minutes on each side over medium heat, turn and brush frequently with olive oil or bbq sauce.
