this product will maintain its quality over a twelve month period when stored frozen in its unopened packaging. once the bag contents have been opened and thawed keep refrigerated and use within 1-2 days.

cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
skillet (our favorite): heat frozen patty on nonstick skillet over medium-low heat 10 to 12 minutes or until hot, turning twice. let stand for 30 seconds before serving.
microwave (1000 watts): for best results when using a microwave, place 1 frozen patty on microwave-safe plate, cover with plastic wrap and heat on HIGH (100% power) 40 to 50 seconds or until hot. let stand for 30 seconds beforeserving.
conventional oven: heat oven to 350°F. place frozen patty on nonstick baking sheet or baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. heat 8 to 10 minutes or until hot. let stand for 30 seconds before serving.
