this product will maintain its quality over a twelve month period when stored frozen in its unopened packaging.

preparation
cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F (74°C).
bake from frozen: preheat oven to 410°F (210°C). place gardein™ stuffed turk'y roast in baking pan in center of oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. let rest for 5 minutes and serve.
microwave from frozen: gardein™ stuffed turk'y roast on microwaveable dish and cook on high temperature for 2 minutes. let rest for 1 minute and serve.
to defrost: defrost product in refrigerator at 39°F (4°C) or less. once defrosted, cook product in a preheated 390°F (199°C) oven for 15-20 minutes. let rest for 1 minute and serve.
