gardein™ turk'y & stuffing: water, soy protein isolate, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed/canola oil,organic ancient grain flour (kamut, amaranth, millet, quinoa), natural flavors (from plant sources), modified vegetable gum, yeast extract, potato starch, sea salt, organic cane sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, pea protein, carrot fiber, organic beetroot fiber, extractives of paprika and turmeric. stuffing: water, stuffing crumbs(wheat flour, natural cane sugar, yeast, sea salt, canola oil), onions, celery, cranberries, expeller pressed canola oil, natural flavors (from plant sources), yeast extract. breading: water, wheat flour, wheat gluten, spices, salt, paprika, leavening (baking soda, cream of tartar), yeast, onion powder, extractives of paprika.
storage
this product will maintain its quality over a twelve month period when stored frozen in its unopened packaging.
cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165°F.
bake from frozen: preheat oven to 450°F . place gardein™ savory stuffed turk'y in pan lined with parchment paper in center of oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes until crisp.
short on time: preheat oven to 450°F. on microwave/oven safe dish lined with parchment paper, first microwave for 2 mins on high, then bake in oven for 15-20 mins until crisp.
to defrost: defrost product in refrigerator at 39°F or less. once defrosted, cook product in a preheated 390°F oven for 15-20 minutes. let rest for 1 minute and serve.
