|1 cup||leaf lettuce, thinly shredded|
|4 tbsp||cilantro, chopped|

preheat oven to 400ºF
spread salsa on pizza crust, top with black beans and cheddar cheese. Bake in oven for 10-15 mins until cheese is melted and crust is golden and crispy.
in a small mixing bowl mix together sour cream and soya milk to combine, set aside.
Meanwhile, fry the scallopini for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and hot through. Remove the chick’n from the pan and place on plate. Cut chick’n into ¼” pieces.
garnish pizza with leaf lettuce, cilantro, gardein chick’n, sour cream soya drizzle, and fresh ground black pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
