|1 pkg||gardein mandarin orange chick'n|
|1 cups||jasmine rice|
|1 can||coconut milk (6fl oz can)|
|1 tbsp||sugar or agave nectar|
|2 cups||baby bok choy, 1” diced|
|3 tbsp||green onion, bias 1/8”|

combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, salt and sugar or agave, mix well and place in rice cooker or stove top and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

sauté frozen mandarin chick’n with oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat until browned and crisp on all sides (7minutes). Add diced boy choy to the pan and sauté 1 minute until wilted. Add thawed sauce and stir for 30 seconds until sauce is thick and sticky.
