|1 pkg||gardein chick'n scallopini|
|2 tbsp||vegetable oil|
|8 pieces||bread slices, (your favorite)|
|8 tbsp||mayonnaise (vegan options available)|
|1/2||lemon, freshly squeezed|
|8 piece||tempeh bacon|
In a small mixing bowl or food processor add mayonnaise, avocado and freshly squeezed lemon, mix well.
In a non-stick fry pan over medium high heat sauté gardein chick’n scallopini in oil until browned on both sides and hot throughout, approximately 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside on cutting board.
Meanwhile, toast bread slices.
Spread each bread slice with avocado mayo, build each sandwich from the bottom up with arugula, tomato slices, tempeh bacon and cooked gardein chick’n. Cut each sandwich into half and serve.other gardein™ chick'n scallopini recipes
