Chick’n with Cilantro Yogurt Dip

Made with Gardein™ Chick’n Satays*

Ingredients

Gardein™:

Gardein™ Chick’n Satays

For the Dip:

½ cup | 120ml
low-fat yogurt or sour cream
½ bunch
fresh cilantro, chopped
1 clove
garlic, minced
1tsp | 5ml lemon juice
1tsp | 5ml hot sauce
½tsp | 2.5ml
ground cumin
 salt and pepper to taste

Directions

For the dip, combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Note: Dip can be made 1 day in advance.

In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté 6 Gardein™ Chick'n Satays for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

Serve as an entrée with cilantro yogurt dip over rice, couscous, or salad.
For an appetizer, serve in a wrap or pita bread.
