Chick’n with Cilantro Yogurt Dip
Made with Gardein™ Chick’n Satays*

Ingredients
Gardein™:
| 6 | Gardein™ Chick’n Satays |
For the Dip:
| ½ cup | 120ml | low-fat yogurt or sour cream |
| ½ bunch | fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1tsp | 5ml | lemon juice |
| 1tsp | 5ml | hot sauce |
| ½tsp | 2.5ml | ground cumin |
| salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Note: Dip can be made 1 day in advance.
In a frying pan over medium heat, sauté 6 Gardein™ Chick'n Satays for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Serve as an entrée with cilantro yogurt dip over rice, couscous, or salad.
For an appetizer, serve in a wrap or pita bread.
