Chimichurri Chick’n Breast
Made with Gardein™ Chick’n Breasts*

Ingredients
Gardein™:
| 7oz |200g | Gardein™ Chick’n Breasts |
For the Marinade:
| ½ cup | 120ml | virgin olive oil |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| ½ tsp | 2.5ml | jalapeno pepper minced or hot sauce |
| 1oz | 30g | fresh cilantro, chopped |
| 1tsp | 5ml | toasted cumin |
| 1tbsp | 15ml | lime juice |
| salt and Pepper to taste |
Directions
Note: Chimichurri marinade can be kept refrigerated for up to 5 days.
Brush Gardein™ Chick’n Breast with Chimichurri marinade and keep covered for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Grill veggie Chick’n Breast over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
Add 1 tbsp | 15ml of Chimichurri marinade when serving.
Serve with salads, potatoes, rice or simply slice and use in wraps and sandwiches.
