Veggie Chick’n with Thai Plum Sauce
Made with Gardein™ Chick’n Satays*

Ingredients
Gardein™:
| 6 | Gardein™ Chick’n Satays |
For the Marinade:
| ¼ cup | 60ml | plum sauce |
| 1tsp | 5ml | lime juice |
| ½ tsp | 2.5ml | fresh cilantro, chopped |
| ¼ tsp | 1.5ml | hot sauce |
| ¼ tsp | 1g | minced ginger |
| ½ tsp | 2g | toasted peanuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions
In frying pan over medium heat, sauté the 6 Chick'n Satays for 1 to 2 minute on each side.
Serve with Thai plum sauce over rice, couscous, or salad.
