Veggie Chick’n with Thai Plum Sauce

Made with Gardein™ Chick’n Satays*

Ingredients

For the Marinade:

¼ cup | 60ml plum sauce
1tsp | 5ml
lime juice
½ tsp | 2.5ml fresh cilantro, chopped
¼ tsp | 1.5mlhot sauce
¼ tsp | 1g
minced ginger
½ tsp | 2g
toasted peanuts, chopped (optional)

Directions

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Pour into small serving dish. Sprinkle with peanuts. Note: Thai plum sauce can be made in advance and refrigerated up to 7 days.

In frying pan over medium heat, sauté the 6 Chick'n Satays for 1 to 2 minute on each side.

Serve with Thai plum sauce over rice, couscous, or salad.
