Cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165° F.

Bake from frozen: preheat oven to 410° F. Place tenders on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake on middle oven rack for 25 - 30 minutes or until crisp, turning once. Let rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Pan-fry from frozen: pan-fry strips in a non-stick skillet, over medium heat for 3 - 4 minutes per side or until heated through. Let stand 1 - 2 minutes before serving.
