Cook until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 165° F. Suited for: center of the plate, stir fries, curries, and other sauced dishes.

Sauté from frozen: 3 minutes on each side until golden brown, cover and keep on low heat for 6 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute and serve.

Microwave: microwave on high for 2 minutes. Let rest for 1 minute and serve.tip: we suggest to microwave with sauces or stock. gardein, like meat, performs best when allowed to rest after cooking and is not served piping hot (do not overcook). gardein chick'n breasts are not suitable served cold.
