- 1 tblspcanola oil
- 1 pkggardein beefless tips
- 1small onion, diced
- 1clove garlic, minced
- 8 ozcremini mushrooms thinly sliced
- 1 cancream of mushroom soup or non-dairy option
- 3 tblspsour cream or non-dairy option
- 1/2 cupwhite wine
- 2 cupflat noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 tblspparsley
Heat oil in medium sauté pan and brown the beefless tips on all sides.
Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Continue to cook for 3 mins.
Stir in soup and sour cream or non-dairy option.
Stir in wine and cook for 10 mins.
Serve over noodles.
Garnish with parsley.
