easy stroganoff

ingredients

  • 1 tblspcanola oil
  • 1 pkggardein beefless tips
  • 1small onion, diced
  • 1clove garlic, minced
  • 8 ozcremini mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 cancream of mushroom soup or non-dairy option
  • 3 tblspsour cream or non-dairy option
  • 1/2 cupwhite wine
  • 2 cupflat noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 tblspparsley

preparation

Heat oil in medium sauté pan and brown the beefless tips on all sides.

Add onions, garlic, and mushrooms. Continue to cook for 3 mins.

Stir in soup and sour cream or non-dairy option.

Stir in wine and cook for 10 mins.

Serve over noodles.

Garnish with parsley.

    I have been looking for a great recipe like this!!! When I was a little girl, in a big family that didn’t have much money. My Mom used to make noodles in a gravy. She topped it with cornflakes fried in butter! I’m a vegetarian now so this will be perfect to bring back the great memory!!! Thank you!!

    6 year olds love this recipe! I cut the beefless tips into quarters before cooking and use wide egg noodles. This meal has become our Wednesday meal. Easy and delicious (and feeds 3 well when you double the recipe!)

    Super easy meatless stroganoff, and surprisingly tasty. I left out the sour cream because the mushroom soup added enough creaminess for me. I’ll be making this recipe again.

    Doubled the beef tips and used 1 can cream of onion and 1/2 can cream of celery instead of mushroom soup………FANTASTIC!

    It is really hard to get these products in my area seeing that I live in food dessert and the grocery stores in my area never have this or only have certain items that my family doesn’t eat. My family loves this product, but wish we didn’t have to drive 10 plus miles to get it
