- 1/2 cup Earth Balance® Mindful Original Dressing & Sandwich Spread
- 2 tablespoons brine from Vlasic® Jalapeno Slices
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 pkg (10.1 oz each) Gardein® Golden Fishless Filets
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, pitted, peeled, diced
Directions

Step one
Stir together vegan mayo, jalapeño brine, garlic powder, chipotle powder, dried dill, and lime juice in a small bowl. Refrigerate 20 minutes or until ready to serve.

Cook fishless filets according to package directions.

Step three
Cut fishless filets in half and place in tortillas, using 2 for each taco. Top with cabbage, cilantro, avocado and crema. Enjoy!
