In a sauté pan over medium heat, add 1 tbsp. of oil. Add frozen gardein chick’n wings to the hot pan and cook 4-6 minutes until crispy and brown on both sides, be careful not to burn.

In a pot, heat up bbq sauce (from sauce pack) with sriracha, cayenne, paprika and agave.

Toss wings in the sauce and enjoy.

Call me crazy, but how in the world are you supposed to heat up 1/2 tbsp of sauce in a pot?! The ingredients sound tasty, but the volumes are WAY off.

Hi Bryan! Thanks for reaching out! This recipe calls for using the sauce packet included in the gardein package and adding the listed ingredients (sriracha, cayenne, paprika, and agave) to the gardein bbq sauce. Hope this clears up the confusion! 🙂
