grilled chick’n caesar salad
- 1 medium headromaine lettuce, washed, dried
- 2 handfulfrisee, washed, dried
- 1 tblspvegetable oil
- 1 pkggardein teriyaki chick'n strips
- 1 cupcroutons
- 3 tblspcaesar dressing (vegan option available)
- to tasteparmesan, shaved
- 1 tblsplemon juice
- to tasteblack pepper
Wash, dry, and chop romaine lettuce into bite size slices. Toss in bowl with frisee and caesar dressing. Transfer to serving platter.
Prepare medium high heat nonstick pan with 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
Saute gardein teriyaki chick’n strips for 7-8 minutes from frozen or 2-3 minutes from refrigerated, until golden brown. Add to lettuce and frisee.
Top with crouton, shaved parmesan, lemon juice, and black pepper.
