  • 1 pkg gardein meatless meatballs
  • 1 bag multi-colored organic tortilla chips
  • 1 jarsmall green olives with pimentos
  • 1 jaryour favourite marinara sauce

Prepare gardein as per bag instructions

Slice olives in half and set aside

When meatless meatballs are cooked, use small knife and cut small holes for olive halves (eyeballs), and press olives into holes

Make small slits on either side of meatball (closer to the top, for wing-like appearance), and insert chip

Garnish with finely chopped basil or Italian parsley
