I recently made spaghetti and meatballs for 6 people. It was an overall consensus that while the texture of the meatballs was great, there happen to be wayyyyyy to much fennel for our liking. Reduce the amount a fennel, and they would be kick ass! BTW..2 people were meat eaters, and said they would definitely eat them again if you’s adjusted the fennel:)

Can I use the meatless meatballs in a slow cooker recipe with pineapple, green beans, chopped onion, in a Ketchup, mustard and brown sugar sauce? Or will they fall apart? Be overcooked?

These meatballs are AWESOME!!! While they are spicy, it’s a good kind of spicy! The seasonings remind me of Italian sausage and compliment spaghetti sauce perfectly. My personal favorite recipe to use them in is meatball hoagies. Yum!
